Estimated Delivery
U.S. orders: Approximately 1 week from the order date.
International orders: Approximately 3 weeks, including processing and shipping.
These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing Time
Except for U.S. orders, please allow 7–8 business days for order processing and production. Shipping begins once your custom item is ready.
Shipping Time
After processing, estimated transit times are:
United States: 6–8 days.
International destinations: 9–12 days.
Transit time is separate from processing time. Actual delivery may vary depending on your destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this information to follow your package’s progress and check the carrier’s estimated delivery date.
